Agarwal Industrial Corporation Limited published newspaper extracts of its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and full year FY2025-26. Standalone total income for the year stood at Rs 7,403.83 crore, with net profit after tax of Rs 178.26 crore, up from Rs 132.24 crore in the prior year. Consolidated total income reached Rs 20,194.85 crore with net profit after tax of Rs 668.52 crore. Basic EPS for standalone was Rs 35.85 versus Rs 23.02 in FY24. The Board declared a final dividend of Rs 0.30 per share (face value Rs 1) for FY26, having already paid an interim dividend of Rs 1.50 per share.
