AGI Greenpac has notified the stock exchanges about the newspaper publication of its 65th Annual General Meeting (AGM) notice, published in Financial Express (English) and Ek Din (Bengali) on 9th August 2025. The 65th AGM will be held on Friday, 29th August 2025 at 12:30 P.M. via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from 23rd August to 29th August 2025 (both days inclusive). The Board has recommended a dividend of Rs. 11 per equity share on a face value of Rs. 2 for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM, with the record date set as 22nd August 2025 and payment date as 5th September 2025.
Shareholders should note the book closure and record date (22nd August 2025) to be eligible for the proposed Rs. 11 per share dividend. E-voting facility via CDSL is available from 26th to 28th August 2025 for members to vote on AGM resolutions remotely.
