AGI Greenpac's Board approved FY26 audited results with consolidated revenue rising 5.4% YoY to Rs. 2,665.32 crore and net profit up 9.1% to Rs. 351.66 crore. Q4 FY26 was particularly strong, with profit jumping 19.4% YoY to Rs. 115.38 crore, supported by sharply lower finance costs (Rs. 47.99 cr vs Rs. 84.67 cr) and a government subsidy of Rs. 48.46 crore. The Board recommended a higher final dividend of Rs. 7 per share (up from Rs. 6 last year), with the 66th AGM scheduled for September 22, 2026 and record date of September 15, 2026.
