Reminder to shareholders on IEPF share transfer

AGI Greenpac has sent reminder letters to shareholders who have not claimed dividends for 7 consecutive years from FY 2018-19 onwards. Under Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, shares of such shareholders will be transferred to the IEPF Demat Account if the unclaimed dividends are not claimed by 15 September 2026. Shareholders can contact the RTA Maheshwari Datamatics with required documents to claim. After transfer, shares can be reclaimed using Form IEPF-5.
Standard regulatory compliance. Affects only shareholders with 7 or more years of unclaimed dividends. No material impact on the overall stock. Affected shareholders must act before 15 September 2026.
