Agio Paper & Industries has informed BSE that its Board did not declare any dividend for the financial year ended 31st March 2025, the same as the previous year. The company reported zero total turnover for FY 2024-25, down from Rs. 30 lakh in FY 2023-24. Other income fell sharply to just Rs. 48,344 from Rs. 1.81 lakh previously. Net loss widened to Rs. 1.58 crore from Rs. 1.08 crore last year, and accumulated losses have grown to Rs. 46.80 crore. The Board also confirmed there is no buyback decision.
