AGM outcome: All 3 resolutions approved by unitholders

Energy Infrastructure Trust held its 8th Annual Meeting of Unitholders on July 24, 2026 via video conferencing. Three resolutions were passed with 99.99 percent approval: adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY ending March 31, 2026, approval of the Valuation Report, and appointment of the Valuer. Total votes cast were 207,075,000 units, with 207,050,000 in favor and only 25,000 against. 5 of 1,862 unitholders attended. Sponsor group voted 100 percent in favor on all resolutions.
