AGM outcome: all 4 resolutions passed with overwhelming majority

Knowledge Realty Trust held its first AGM on July 10, 2026 via video conferencing. All 4 resolutions passed with strong unitholder support: adoption of audited financial statements for FY26 (99.9993% in favor), appointment of SRBC and Co LLP as statutory auditors (99.9170%), appointment of iVAS Partners as valuer (99.9170%), and approval of the valuation report as at March 31, 2026 (99.9993%). Around 39,808 unitholders were on record; 72 attended via VC.
