AGM outcome: all three resolutions passed with 100 percent support

Propshare Platina (SM REIT) held its second AGM on July 6, 2026 via video conferencing. All three ordinary resolutions were passed with 100 percent votes in favour and none against. The resolutions covered adoption of audited financial statements of the Trust and the scheme, and the valuation report by Kzen Valtech for FY ended March 31, 2026. Out of 3,361 total units, 175 (5.2 percent) were polled. Four public unitholders attended through VC out of 453 on record date.
