Agro Phos India appoints Sakina Dharwala as Independent Director

Agro Phos India board, at its July 11, 2026 meeting, appointed Mrs. Sakina Dharwala as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for 5 years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. She is a qualified Company Secretary with over 7 years of experience in corporate law, secretarial compliance, mergers, and regulatory affairs. The Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and Nomination and Remuneration Committee were reconstituted to include her as a member.
