AGS Health, PGP Glass, 2 others get Sebi nod to float IPOs

SEBI has given its observations to four companies — AGS Health, PGP Glass, Shreni Shares, and SRIT India — allowing them to float their IPOs, with approvals issued during June 16-19 on draft papers filed between February and March. Shreni Shares' issue comprises a fresh issue of up to 69 lakh shares and an OFS of up to 82 lakh shares, while SRIT India's IPO is an entirely fresh issue of 1.68 crore equity shares.
