Ahasolar Technologies Limited (BSE SME) submitted its 8th Annual Report for FY 2024-25 along with the AGM notice to shareholders. Consolidated revenue from operations rose about 37% to Rs. 5,798.83 lakhs from Rs. 4,203.81 lakhs a year ago, but the company swung into a loss with a consolidated net loss of Rs. 95.55 lakhs (EPS of Rs. -3.36) versus a small profit of Rs. 4.22 lakhs last year, and standalone PAT was a loss of Rs. 101.58 lakhs. The board skipped dividend for the year. Key changes during the year include the resignation of the previous CFO in January 2025 and appointment of a new CFO, and the appointment of a new statutory auditor (Ambalal Patel & Co LLP) after the previous auditor resigned in May 2025. Of the Rs. 1,284.89 lakhs raised via IPO, only Rs. 149.47 lakhs has been deployed towards the solar PV plant project out of Rs. 705.13 lakhs allocated, due to delays in finding suitable power purchasers.
For shareholders, the filing confirms a loss-making year despite revenue growth, no dividend, and significant undelivered IPO spending plans, which may weigh on investor sentiment. New auditor and CFO appointments and the AGM date confirmation are the actionable corporate items for shareholders.
