Ahead of IPO, Millworks Tech raises nearly Rs 44 cr from anchor investors

Millworks Technologies raised about Rs 43.86 crore from nine anchor investors by allocating 13.25 lakh shares at Rs 331 apiece ahead of its Rs 160.33-crore IPO. The fresh issue, with a price band of Rs 315-331, opens for subscription and will conclude on July 16, with tentative listing set for July 21 on the BSE SME platform. Proceeds will fund capex on plant and machinery, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
