The Board of Directors approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26) along with the Limited Review Report from statutory auditors Amod Agrawal & Associates. Standalone Revenue from Operations rose to Rs. 1,004.88 crore, up 9.3% YoY from Rs. 919.35 crore in Q1 FY25. Profit Before Tax jumped to Rs. 69.46 crore from Rs. 41.46 crore, a 67.5% YoY increase, while Net Profit surged to Rs. 51.11 crore from Rs. 30.60 crore (up ~67% YoY). Basic EPS climbed to Rs. 7.63 from Rs. 4.57. Sequentially, revenue dipped from Rs. 1,215.84 crore in Q4 FY25, which is typical for the construction business. Contract work continues to be the dominant segment, contributing over 99% of revenue. The auditor issued an unmodified review opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong YoY profit growth of around 67% — outpacing the ~9% revenue growth — signals improved margins and better cost efficiency, which is a positive for shareholders. The sequential revenue dip is seasonal and not a concern. Better-than-expected earnings momentum could lend support to the stock in the near term.
