Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Limited's Board of Directors, at their meeting held on August 14, 2025, approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs. 1,004.88 crore from Rs. 919.35 crore in the same quarter last year, a growth of about 9.3% year-on-year. Net profit after tax jumped to Rs. 51.11 crore from Rs. 30.60 crore, up roughly 67% year-on-year, and earnings per share rose to Rs. 7.63 from Rs. 4.57. Total income stood at Rs. 1,020.74 crore while profit before tax came in at Rs. 69.46 crore, a 67.5% increase year-on-year. The auditor, Amod Agrawal & Associates, issued an unmodified limited review opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
The strong double-digit growth in profits, far outpacing the single-digit revenue increase, signals improved operating efficiency and margin expansion, which is likely to be viewed positively by shareholders and could support the stock price. The robust order execution and profitability also suggest the construction business is on a healthy footing going into the rest of FY26.
