Ahluwalia Contracts has filed a newspaper cutting of its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results, as required under SEBI Listing Regulations. Standalone total income from operations rose to Rs. 1,004.88 crore from Rs. 919.35 crore in Q1 FY25, a growth of about 9.3% year-on-year. Net profit after tax jumped to Rs. 51.11 crore from Rs. 30.60 crore, a rise of roughly 67% YoY. Basic earnings per share stood at Rs. 7.63 versus Rs. 4.57 in the same quarter last year. On a consolidated basis, profit after tax was Rs. 51.21 crore with EPS of Rs. 7.64. The results were approved by the Board on August 14, 2025, and auditors issued an unqualified opinion after limited review.
Strong profit growth on a relatively modest revenue increase suggests improved margins and better execution. For shareholders, the sharp jump in PAT and EPS is a positive signal, though investors should watch whether the margin improvement sustains in coming quarters.
