Ahmedabad Steelcraft Ltd reported strong full-year performance for FY 2025-26 with revenue from operations growing 29% to ₹22,127.56 lakh from ₹17,188.22 lakh in the prior year. Profit after tax more than doubled, rising 74% to ₹1,864.34 lakh versus ₹1,070.39 lakh previously. The company's PBT also doubled to ₹2,493.81 lakh from ₹1,247.26 lakh. However, the EPS declined from ₹25.68 to ₹13.50 because the company expanded its equity share capital by issuing warrants that converted into equity shares, increasing shares outstanding significantly. The statutory auditor issued an unqualified opinion. The board also appointed M/s. Vars and Associates as internal auditor for FY 2026-27.
While the company demonstrated strong revenue and profit growth, the expanded share base due to warrant conversions diluted earnings per share significantly. The jump in trade receivables from ₹12,247 lakh to ₹21,178 lakh warrants monitoring as it could indicate extended credit terms or collection challenges.
