Ahmedabad Steelcraft Ltd reported strong FY26 results with revenue from operations growing 28.7% to Rs 22,127.56 lakh from Rs 17,188.22 lakh in FY25. Profit after tax surged 74.2% to Rs 1,864.34 lakh versus Rs 1,070.39 lakh in the prior year. However, EPS declined from Rs 25.68 to Rs 13.50 due to a significant increase in share capital from warrant conversions (1.1 crore warrants converted at Rs 72 each). The company also appointed M/s Vars and Associates as internal auditor for FY27. Trade receivables nearly doubled to Rs 21,178 lakh from Rs 12,247 lakh, indicating significant credit extension. Statutory auditors issued an unqualified opinion on the financial statements.
Strong revenue and profit growth with clean audit opinion is positive for investors. However, the substantial rise in trade receivables warrants monitoring as it could indicate aggressive credit sales or collection challenges. EPS dilution from warrant conversions is a temporary headwind.
