AION-TECH SOLUTIONS (formerly Goldstone Technologies) informed the exchanges about outcomes of its May 12, 2025 board meeting. The Board approved an additional investment of up to Rs. 2.97 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary Roqit Greenfleet Digital Solutions, which is working on zero-emission EV and hydrogen mobility technology and was incorporated in December 2024. This is on top of the Rs. 80 lakh already invested, bringing the total potential investment higher. In other decisions, the company allotted 1.76 crore shares at Rs. 110 each (totalling Rs. 194.47 crore) to shareholders of ETO Motors as part of a share-swap acquisition, approved setting up a new wholly owned subsidiary in Dubai for software/consulting work, and will offer fixed deposit receipts of up to Rs. 10 crore as security for credit facilities of its subsidiary ETO Motors.
The Roqit investment alone is small (Rs. 2.97 crore) and signals continued funding for the EV/hydrogen mobility subsidiary without immediate revenue impact. However, the broader filing shows aggressive expansion — a large share-swap for ETO Motors, a new Dubai subsidiary, and Rs. 10 crore in contingent exposure backing ETO's borrowings, which raises both growth potential and consolidated risk for shareholders.
