A special resolution was passed to change the designation of Mr. Chanakya Bellam Radha Krishna (DIN: 02642002) as Whole-time Director of the Company. The resolution received overwhelming shareholder approval with 28,652,398 votes in favor (99.99%) and only 3,696 votes against (0.01%) out of 28,656,094 total votes polled, representing 54.83% of total shares. Promoter and Promoter Group voted entirely in favor (100%), while Public Non-Institutional shareholders also showed strong support (99.70% in favor).
