Aion-Tech Solutions Limited (formerly Goldstone Technologies) reported standalone revenue of Rs 1001 million for FY26, up 15.3% from Rs 868 million in FY25. Profit after tax grew modestly by 3.9% to Rs 73.85 million versus Rs 71.08 million previously. The consolidated results show revenue of Rs 1350 million, benefiting from the acquisition of ETO Motors Private Limited in May 2025 through a share swap. Exceptional items included a profit of Rs 136.94 million from land sale, partially offset by a Rs 0.28 million impact from new labour codes. The statutory auditors issued an unmodified (unqualified) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The company's cash position improved with cash and cash equivalents rising from Rs 10.26 million to Rs 93.18 million on standalone basis.
The stock shows moderate growth in profitability despite strong revenue expansion. The significant land sale proceeds boosted reported profits but mask underlying operational performance. Shareholders should note that operating cash flows remain negative while the company grows through acquisitions.
