Aion-Tech Solutions Limited (formerly Goldstone Technologies Ltd) has announced the results of its Postal Ballot held on May 4, 2026. Shareholders approved the change in designation of Mr. Chanakya Bellam Radha Krishna as Wholetime Director of the Company. The special resolution was passed with overwhelming majority - 99.99% votes in favour (28,652,398 votes) versus only 0.01% against (3,696 votes). Out of 52.26 million outstanding shares, 54.83% were voted (28.66 million shares). Promoter and Promoter Group voted 100% in favour with 27.40 million shares. The scrutinizer's report was issued by Mr. Pratap Satla, Practicing Company Secretary.
