Aion-Tech Solutions Ltd (formerly Goldstone Technologies Ltd) has announced the results of its Postal Ballot conducted between April 3 and May 4, 2026. Shareholders approved the special resolution to change the designation of Mr. Chanakya Bellam Radha Krishna as Whole-time Director of the company. The resolution was passed with 99.99% votes in favour (28,652,398 votes) versus only 0.01% against (3,696 votes). Out of 52.26 million total shares, 28.66 million shares (54.83% turnout) participated in the voting. Promoter and promoter group votes were unanimous at 100% in favour, while public non-institutional shareholders showed 99.70% in favour. The scrutinizer, Mr. Pratap Satla of Prathap Satla & Associates, confirmed the resolution passed with the required majority.
