Airan Limited's board, meeting on August 14, 2025, approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26. Standalone revenue from operations declined about 7% year-on-year to Rs. 2,296.28 lakhs (from Rs. 2,472.15 lakhs). Despite the top-line dip, the company swung to a standalone profit after tax of Rs. 264.32 lakhs versus a loss of Rs. 353.74 lakhs in Q1 FY25, aided mainly by a positive swing in other income (from minus Rs. 680.68 lakhs to plus Rs. 131.52 lakhs). On a consolidated basis, revenue fell to Rs. 2,569.89 lakhs (from Rs. 2,731.38 lakhs) with a PAT of Rs. 323.13 lakhs versus a loss of Rs. 344.29 lakhs earlier. EPS stood at Rs. 0.20 standalone and Rs. 0.25 consolidated. Statutory auditor Deora Maheshwari Co. issued an unqualified limited review report on both sets of results.
The return to profitability is encouraging, but the rebound is largely driven by a swing in non-operating other income rather than core business growth, since core revenue continues to shrink. Shareholders should look for sustained revenue recovery and margin stability in coming quarters to confirm the turnaround is structural.
