The board of Ajanta Soya met on 30 May 2025 and approved the audited financial results for Q4 and the full financial year ended 31 March 2025, along with several governance changes. For FY25, revenue from operations rose about 30% year-on-year to roughly Rs. 1,32,981 lakhs, while net profit jumped about 574% to Rs. 2,714.56 lakhs, lifting EPS to Rs. 3.37 from Rs. 0.50 a year earlier. The Q4 standalone numbers also showed a sharp rise in revenue to about Rs. 38,830 lakhs versus Rs. 24,003 lakhs in Q4 FY24, with net profit of Rs. 501.89 lakhs. The board appointed M/s R & D Company Secretaries as the new Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26–FY30) subject to shareholder approval, and re-appointed K.G. Goyal & Associates as Cost Auditor and Talati & Talati LLP as Internal Auditor for FY26. It also approved amendments to the Related Party Transactions Policy, Insider Trading Code and the UPSI Fair Disclosure Code. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the FY25 results.
The FY25 numbers show a sharp earnings recovery and strong revenue growth, which is positive for shareholders, though operating cash flow dipped from Rs. 2,512 lakhs to Rs. 1,638 lakhs. The auditor changes and policy amendments are routine compliance matters and are unlikely to materially impact the share price on their own.
