The Exchange has received the disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 for Chanderkala Goyal

Chanderkala Goyal, a member of the promoter group of Ajanta Soya Limited, has disclosed an acquisition of 2,70,977 equity shares (0.34% of total share capital) on 31st December 2025. The shares were acquired via an off-market inter-se transfer by way of gift from Mr. Dhruv Goyal (another promoter group member) to her. Post-acquisition, her individual holding in the company stands at 2,97,21,877 shares, representing 36.93% of the paid-up equity share capital (up from 36.59% earlier). The total share capital of the company remained unchanged at 8,04,82,990 equity shares of Rs. 2 each. This is a reshuffling of shares within the promoter family and does not change the overall promoter group's collective stake.
