Sohan Lal Goyal, a member of the promoter group of Ajanta Soya Limited, has transferred his entire holding of 6,49,110 equity shares (0.81% of total share capital) to Mrs. Chanderkala Goyal via an off-market inter-se transfer by way of gift. The transaction, dated 26 December 2025, effectively reduces his holding from 0.81% to 0%. Since both parties belong to the promoter group, the aggregate promoter shareholding in the company remains unchanged.
