Mrs. Chanderkala Goyal, a member of the Promoter Group of Ajanta Soya Ltd, received 2,70,977 equity shares (0.34% of equity capital) as a gift from Mr. Dhruv Goyal, also a Promoter Group member, on 31 December 2025.
