The Exchange has received the disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 for Dhruv Goyal

Mr. Dhruv Goyal, a member of the Promoter Group of Ajanta Soya Limited, has transferred 4,65,023 equity shares (0.58% of total share capital) to Mrs. Chanderkala Goyal, also a member of the Promoter Group, via an off-market inter-se transfer by way of gift. The transfer was executed on 24th December 2025 and disclosed to the Exchange on 30th December 2025. Post-transfer, Dhruv Goyal's holding reduced from 7,36,002 shares (0.91%) to 2,70,979 shares (0.34%). Since both transferor and transferee belong to the Promoter Group, the aggregate promoter shareholding and voting control of the company remains unchanged.
