Gagan Goyal, a member of the promoter group of Ajanta Soya Limited, has transferred 18,85,040 equity shares (about 2.34% of total paid-up equity capital) to Mrs. Chanderkala Goyal, also of the promoter group. The transfer was carried out as an off-market inter-se transfer by way of gift on 24th December 2025.
