Bishan Goyal, a member of the promoter group of Ajanta Soya Limited, has disclosed an off-market inter-se transfer of 33,08,010 equity shares (4.11% of total share capital) to Mrs. Chanderkala Goyal, another member of the promoter group, by way of gift. The transfer was executed on 24th December 2025 and 29th December 2025. As a result, Bishan Goyal's holding in the company has reduced from 4.11% to nil, while Mrs. Chanderkala Goyal's holding has correspondingly increased. The total share capital remains unchanged at 8,04,82,990 equity shares of Rs. 2 each. Since both parties belong to the promoter group, the overall promoter group shareholding in Ajanta Soya remains the same — this is purely an internal reshuffling of shares within the family/promoter group.
