Ajcon Global Services Ltd has amended its Memorandum of Association following shareholder approval of a stock split via postal ballot on June 2, 2025. The authorised share capital remains unchanged at Rs. 10 crore, but has been sub-divided from 1 crore equity shares of Rs. 10 each into 10 crore equity shares of Rs. 1 each — effectively a 1:10 stock split. The total capital value stays the same; only the face value per share and the number of shares have changed. The company has informed BSE about this amendment to Clause V of the MoA.
Existing shareholders will see their share count increase tenfold and the share price should adjust proportionally lower, improving retail affordability and liquidity. No change in overall market capitalisation or shareholder value.
