Ajcon Global Services filed its FY25 Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement with BSE. On a consolidated basis, the company swung to a profit — net profit before tax moved from a loss of Rs 170.99 lacs to a profit of Rs 79.01 lacs. Total consolidated assets grew from Rs 3,829.78 lacs to Rs 3,999.75 lacs, while cash and cash equivalents jumped sharply from Rs 48 lacs to Rs 187.4 lacs. Other equity rose from Rs 1,683 lacs to Rs 1,902 lacs, and borrowings edged down slightly to Rs 998.75 lacs. However, operating cash flow remained negative on both bases — consolidated worsened to Rs (112.13) lacs from Rs (15.21) lacs, and standalone turned negative at Rs (140.49) lacs versus a positive Rs 83.50 lacs last year. The boost in cash came mainly from financing activities, including a Rs 165 lacs increase in share capital.
Mixed picture for shareholders — profitability returned at the consolidated level, but the worsening negative operating cash flow means the company is still relying on capital infusion rather than core business to sustain itself. Investors should watch whether operating cash flow recovers in coming quarters.
