Ajcon Global Services reported Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025) standalone total revenue of Rs. 237.18 lakhs, down sharply from Rs. 426.35 lakhs in Q1 FY25 — a drop of about 44%. Standalone net profit fell to Rs. 16.52 lakhs from Rs. 29.11 lakhs, a roughly 43% YoY decline. Consolidated revenue slipped to Rs. 267.52 lakhs (from Rs. 452.60 lakhs) and consolidated net profit came in at Rs. 18.53 lakhs (vs Rs. 34.34 lakhs). The decline was driven mainly by lower Fees & Brokerage income and weaker Sale of Products. Statutory auditor Bhatter & Company issued an unmodified limited review opinion on both standalone and consolidated results, and the company confirmed there were no exceptional or extraordinary items during the quarter. A 10:1 stock split (from Rs. 10 to Re. 1 face value) was executed during the quarter with a record date of 20 June 2025, which improves share affordability.
The steep YoY fall in both revenue and profit is a clear negative for the stock, though the clean (unmodified) auditor opinion and absence of one-off charges provide some comfort. The recent 10:1 stock split should improve liquidity and make the shares more accessible to retail buyers, but the weak operating performance is the dominant near-term concern for shareholders.
