AKI India Limited announced audited financial results for Q4 and full year ended 31 March 2025. On a standalone basis, net sales rose to ₹6,865.83 lakhs in FY25 from ₹6,483.64 lakhs in FY24 (up ~5.9%), while profit after tax grew ~20% to ₹163.37 lakhs from ₹135.89 lakhs. On a consolidated basis (including UK subsidiary AKI UK Limited), net sales grew ~14% to ₹8,096.18 lakhs and PAT rose ~23% to ₹167.78 lakhs. However, Q4 standalone performance was weak, with PAT falling sharply to ₹12.44 lakhs from ₹56.58 lakhs in Q4 FY24 due to exceptional items of ₹82.64 lakhs. The statutory auditor RK Parmarthi & Co. issued an unmodified opinion. The board also appointed a Secretarial Auditor for FY25 and an Internal Auditor for FY26.
Full-year results show modest revenue growth and improvement in profitability on a consolidated basis, which is mildly positive for shareholders. However, the sharp drop in Q4 standalone profit and continued negative operating cash flow (standalone: -₹325 lakhs, consolidated: -₹267 lakhs) flag concerns about working capital pressures and one-time charges. EPS for the full year was marginally lower on a standalone basis, suggesting limited near-term upside from the results.
