AKI India Limited's Board, at its 22nd May 2025 meeting, approved standalone and consolidated audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended 31st March 2025. On a consolidated basis, FY25 revenue grew ~14% to ₹8,096.18 lakhs and net profit rose ~22.7% to ₹167.78 lakhs, with EPS of ₹0.19. Standalone FY25 revenue grew ~5.9% to ₹6,865.83 lakhs and PAT rose ~20.2% to ₹163.37 lakhs, though Q4 standalone profit slipped sharply to just ₹12.44 lakhs versus ₹56.58 lakhs a year ago. The company also appointed M/s Jitendra Parmar & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY25 and M/s Sameer Kochhar & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY26. Statutory auditor R K Parmarthi & Co. issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. Operating cash flow remained negative at ₹(325.46) lakhs standalone, while capital work-in-progress rose to ₹877.16 lakhs, suggesting ongoing capacity expansion.
Mixed picture for shareholders: full-year profit growth is decent but Q4 standalone earnings were sharply weaker year-on-year and operating cash flow continues to be negative, indicating working capital strain. Absolute profit size remains small with EPS of just ₹0.19, so material stock-price reaction is unlikely unless expansion plans translate into stronger earnings ahead.
