Subsidiary Alan Scott Vajrashakti Technologies is launching AIRCUE, India's first wall clock with a built-in air quality monitor. Priced at Rs 11,500, advance bookings open June 19, 2026 with about one month delivery. Features include real-time AQI, PM2.5 and PM10, temperature, humidity, NOx and VOC tracking in an eco-friendly cardboard body. Targets homes, offices, schools and public spaces. Parent Alan Scott Enterprises reported FY26 total income of Rs 35.51 Cr and EBITDA of Rs 1.88 Cr (5.29 percent margin).
Highlights innovation-led diversification from subsidiary. Product is early-stage and small in scale relative to Rs 35.51 Cr group income, so immediate stock impact is limited.
