Alembic Pharmaceuticals has published its audited financial results for Q4 FY25 and full year FY25 in multiple newspapers as required by SEBI listing rules. On a consolidated basis, Q4 revenue from operations rose to Rs 1,769.64 crore from Rs 1,516.98 crore in Q4 FY24, a growth of about 16.7% year-on-year. However, Q4 net profit (after tax) declined to Rs 156.89 crore from Rs 178.21 crore last year, with EPS falling to Rs 7.98 from Rs 9.07. For the full year FY25, total income from operations stood at Rs 6,672.08 crore and net profit after tax at Rs 583.42 crore, translating to an EPS of Rs 29.68. Standalone FY25 revenue was Rs 6,032.63 crore with a profit after tax of Rs 503.12 crore. Reserves stood at Rs 5,151.63 crore.
Mixed set of numbers for shareholders: strong revenue growth in Q4 but lower profit and EPS compared to last year, suggesting margin pressure. Full-year results show healthy top-line, but the YoY profit dip in Q4 may draw investor attention and could weigh on near-term sentiment.
