Alfa Ica India reported its Q1 FY26 (April–June 2025) unaudited results with revenue from operations at ₹1,958.56 lakhs, almost flat compared to ₹1,951.25 lakhs in the same quarter last year (growth under 1%). Total income rose to ₹1,979.57 lakhs, helped by a sharp jump in other income from ₹0.26 lakhs to ₹21.01 lakhs. Profit after tax (PAT) increased about 18% to ₹49.72 lakhs from ₹42.12 lakhs, while earnings per share rose to ₹1.23 from ₹1.04. Total expenses were largely controlled at ₹1,913.40 lakhs, with finance costs inching up to ₹50.15 lakhs. The statutory auditor O. P. Bhandari & Co. issued an unqualified (clean) limited review report, and the company continues to report as a single-segment entity.
Flat top-line growth signals weak demand or pricing pressure, but better cost control and higher other income lifted profits modestly. For shareholders, this is a stable but uninspiring quarter — no red flags, but no strong growth catalyst either, so the stock is unlikely to see a sharp reaction on results day.
