Alka India Limited has informed BSE that its Board of Directors will meet on 24th July 2025 to consider and approve the appointment of M/s. J.M. Patel & Bros. (Firm Registration No. 107707W) as the new Statutory Auditors of the company. The proposed appointment is for a period of five years, starting from the conclusion of the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) and ending at the conclusion of the 36th AGM, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
