Auditor Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued an unmodified review report.
Strong quarter with double-digit revenue growth and meaningful EBITDA margin expansion signals operational leverage and healthy demand across domestic and international markets. The robust net cash position and EPS growth of nearly 22% are positive for shareholders, while acquisitions in medtech and biomedical segments point to future diversification beyond core pharma.
