The NCLT Mumbai Bench heard the Composite Scheme of Arrangement involving Allcargo Gati Limited and several group companies on September 24, 2025, and has reserved the matter for orders. The scheme, filed under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act 2013, links Allcargo Logistics (Demerged Company), Allcargo Supply Chain (Transferor 1), Gati Express & Supply Chain (Transferor 2), Allcargo Gati (Transferor/Transferee 3), and Allcargo Global (Resulting Company). The NCLT reserving the matter means the tribunal has finished hearing arguments and will now issue its ruling. This is a major internal restructuring involving demerger and amalgamation within the Allcargo group, with previous intimations on July 11 and August 14, 2025.
