Allcargo Global debuts on NSE, BSE following demerger from Allcargo Logistics

Allcargo Global Limited listed on NSE and BSE under the ticker AGL, marking the completion of its demerger from Allcargo Logistics Limited, a restructuring process initiated four years ago. The Allcargo Group now comprises four listed entities: Allcargo Global (international supply chain), Allcargo Logistics (domestic supply chain), Allcargo Terminals (container freight stations and inland container depots), and TransIndia Real Estate (logistics and infrastructure assets). The newly listed entity will focus on LCL consolidation, FCL, air freight, and door-to-door integrated logistics services globally.
