Allcargo Logistics has implemented its Composite Scheme of Arrangement from November 1, 2025, after receiving NCLT approval and filing the certified order with the Registrar of Companies. Under the scheme, Allcargo Gati Limited stands dissolved without winding up and has been amalgamated into Allcargo Logistics. As a result, shares of Allcargo Gati will be suspended from trading and eventually de-listed from BSE and NSE.
