Mr. Sumeet Maheshwari, a qualified Company Secretary from the 2000 batch with over 24 years of experience across manufacturing, NBFC, and automobile sectors, has been appointed as the new Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and KMP effective June 11, 2025. The change was approved by the Board on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Sumeet will also serve as one of the authorised KMPs for determining materiality of events and making stock exchange disclosures.
