Allied Digital Services Limited has filed with BSE and NSE a copy of the newspaper advertisements of its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, published in Business Standard (English) and Navakal (Marathi), as required under SEBI Regulation 47. On a standalone basis, total income from operations rose to ₹9,546 lakhs from ₹7,495 lakhs in the year-ago quarter (up about 27%), and net profit after tax jumped to ₹800 lakhs from ₹346 lakhs, more than doubling year-on-year. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew to ₹21,902 lakhs (from ₹17,913 lakhs) and net profit after tax increased to ₹1,444 lakhs (from ₹1,041 lakhs), a rise of roughly 39%. Standalone basic EPS improved to ₹1.42 from ₹0.62, while consolidated basic EPS rose to ₹2.34 from ₹1.88. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board on August 5, 2025; the company operates as an IT & ITeS services, managed services and systems integration provider across 70 countries.
This is a routine newspaper publication of Q1 results already approved by the Board, so on its own it is unlikely to drive a major stock move. However, the sharp YoY growth in both standalone profit and revenue indicates strong operating momentum that investors may read as a positive signal.
