Allied Digital Services reported a standalone net loss of Rs 81 lakh for FY26, compared to a profit of Rs 1,073 lakh in FY25. Total standalone income remained flat at Rs 40,250 lakh vs Rs 40,458 lakh in the prior year. On a consolidated basis, the company performed better with total income rising 16% to Rs 98,832 lakh and net profit of Rs 805 lakh (vs Rs 2,851 lakh). The board proposed a dividend of Rs 1.50 per share despite the loss. A one-time exceptional charge of Rs 130 lakh was recorded due to changes in gratuity costs from new labour code implementation. The company allotted 1,31,875 equity shares during the year under its ESOP plan.
The standalone loss is concerning, but strong consolidated performance driven by subsidiaries provides some comfort. The maintained dividend suggests management confidence, though shareholders should monitor the standalone business turnaround given the flat revenue and loss-making operations.
