Allied Digital Services reported record-breaking FY26 results with annual revenues of Rs. 968 crore, up 20% YoY from Rs. 807 crore. Q4 FY26 revenue stood at Rs. 268 crore, growing 31% YoY, crossing the Rs. 250 crore quarterly milestone for the first time. FY26 EBITDA came in at Rs. 112 crore with a margin of 11%, while PAT was Rs. 36 crore, up 10% YoY, despite a one-time Rs. 36 crore provision. The company declared a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share (30% payout) and remains net debt-free with a cash reserve of Rs. 134 crore. New client wins include a multi-region workplace services engagement for a global deepwater oil & gas company covering 3,000+ users, a city-wide Integrated Command & Control Centre deployment, and an automotive sector managed services contract. Management has set a long-term aspiration to scale the business 10x over the coming decade.
Strong top-line growth and a net debt-free balance sheet are positives, but thin EBITDA margins (~10-11%) in a tough operating environment may cap near-term re-rating potential. The ambitious 10x decade target lacks concrete near-term guidance, keeping medium-term visibility limited.
