Allotment of 147639 equity shares on June 23, 2025.

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company has allotted 147,639 equity shares of ₹10 each on June 23, 2025. Of these, 144,861 shares were issued under the ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Option Scheme 2005, and 2,778 shares under the Employees Stock Unit Scheme 2023. The allotment was approved by a Whole-time Director under authority delegated by the Board at its July 18, 2023 meeting. The newly issued shares will rank equally with existing equity shares in all respects.
