ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company has allotted 171,062 equity shares of ₹10 each on June 12, 2025 under two employee benefit schemes. Of these, 164,113 shares were issued under the ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2005, and 6,949 shares were issued under the ICICI Lombard - Employees Stock Unit Scheme – 2023. The allotment was approved by a Whole-time Director pursuant to the Board's delegated authority from its July 18, 2023 meeting. The new shares will rank equally with existing equity shares of the company.
