Aditya Birla Capital Limited has allotted 7,06,957 equity shares (face value ₹10 each) on 13 June 2025 under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2017 (2,54,306 shares) and Employee Stock Option and Performance Stock Unit Scheme 2022 (4,52,651 shares). These shares were issued upon exercise of stock options, restricted stock units, and performance stock units by employees. The newly allotted shares will rank pari passu with existing equity shares.
